During my recent stay at Ramada, I found myself pondering the balance between luxury and value. While the location is undoubtedly attractive and provides decent views, several aspects left me wanting. Reception service was lacking, as I had to wait 25 minutes for my room key and did not receive the requested room proximity assistance. Although amenities such as the flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi were absent, my room was satisfactorily furnished. Mr Naveen and Mr Badal, working in the dining area, stood out for their professionalism, contributing positively to my overall experience. The breakfast options were poor, with limited non-vegetarian choices, and I felt my money was not well-spent here. Although some services like laundry and housekeeping met my expectations, the overall experience felt overly priced for what was offered. The value proposition could be reconsidered seeking true luxury in their stay.
